As a nurse practitioner and certified rehab R.N., I am staggered by your recovery. I mean gobsmacked, Dude.

Everything does seem fine, even the little things. Bless you, Pal, it’s so wonderful to have you back. And

    best wishes from Lou,too.

  • Michael

I just listened to your triumphant return show and wanted to say it is great to hear that you are doing well. I look forward to the continuation of your weekly chats. By the way…have you heard about about this new “Stack” brand soap. It’s shaped for easy stacking! Just don’t slip on it. We need you here doing the show. Take care of yourself buddy.

  • Brendan

I still maintain that it would be a funnier story if you had bonked your head and not spilled your drink.

  • Rod

    Welcome back sir.

I have been on the edge of my seat waiting for the next hamper update.

It is great to have you back. Keep up the good work.

Finally figured it out. 2012 mostly sucked because most of the year we had no new Larry Miller podcasts. 2013 is looking up!

  • Edward

Welcome back Larry. Enjoy your return to the stage in IL. If you did not realize it before this last year, you are very much appreciated.

  • PetefromNJ

So glad to hear you back and on the mend. “Didn’t you break your brain?” – fantastic. Great story about the tube pulling – same thing happened to me.

  • Mark

So befitting that Larry would manage to severely injure himself in an effort to be a gentleman to total strangers. Typical Hollywood bigshot, that Larry Miller. So great to have you back! XD

  • Kirk

    Welcome back Larry!

I was glad to hear the story of your recovery, although I think the details of your injury were modestly understated. 🙂 Typical Larry.

I was wondering if there is going to be a hospital soap- fecta update? Does hospital soap make a better fecta? Do the little bars work better? Will they bond to regular soap once you are back home? The world awaits!

    Welcome back,

    Kirk

Larry You have been sorely missed, but not as sore as you were after your tumble. So glad you are healthy and recovering!

  • Kyle B

You know Larry, I’m lucky my office mate was out today. Otherwise, I’d have to be explaining why I’m getting a little teary eyed at the end of your show today. What would I say? “These spreadsheet are just really something today!”

It’s just so good knowing that you’re out there and safe doing… well, whatever it is that guys like you. It’s really wonderful to have you back.

  • Varg

Welcome back Larry. You aint missed a beat! You’re one of the best! Been following you since I was a little kid! Keep making us laugh!

  • WebPixie

I only started listening to your podcast in November and didn’t know until yesterday that you had an accident. Oddly enough I was almost to that podcast when I saw an article on Yahoo news. I thought I would never get caught up to real time. So, happy that your well and back.

Looking forward to many more shows.

  • eric-the-ded

    Good to have you back.

There are woefully few podcasts with a positive spin out there, and yours is always uplifting.

  • zelda z

Welcome back Larry. You sound great. Please stay healthy.

Seriously, it is weird caring about someone I have never met …but you scared the s*** out of me. So glad you are ok and looking forward to listening every week.

P.S. Please go visit the ACS show. It hasn’t been the same without you.

    Welcome back Larry!

From the theme song to the ending, I have a big smile on my face. Hearing your voice again on Thursdays is like seeing an old friend for a cocktail after a long absence.

I’ll hoist my coffee mug (no booze in it, I’m at work) in your honor.

I woke up yesterday and the first thing I thought of was, its the 9th, Larry’s back today!!!

Welcome back, loved the podcast as always.

  • Jon Davidson

Immeasurably thrilled to see you back over the podcast airwaves. You haven’t lost your sense of humor and ability to spin a great tale. As much as I’m sure you feel blessed to be back, we fans are equally blessed!

  • Larry E

  • MizLottie

So darn happy you’re back, Larry. I missed you so! Joke of the Week, Hamper Update, Nominum Quid Geminus!

  • Larry E

I knew it! I knew, when I heard or read that the accident happened outside a bar, that it had something to do with the throng of smokers huddled outside in Siberia catching pneumonia. I thought maybe Larry got jostled or tripped in the crowd, but I KNEW it was the smoking traffic jam at fault.

  • Michael Betot

Welcome back Larry! We missed ya. Love that you started with the hamper update, I have been so worried about the hamper over the last 9 months, I wasn’t sure I could make it much longer without knowing. 🙂

Thanks for all the laughs, and glad you are doing well.

    Larry,

I first listened to you on one of Ace’s first podcast. It changed me, I went off rent control and bought a place. I will always be grateful…. love you man!

  • Dan Carrol

Great to have you back Larry.

I work in Hamilton, Ontarios Canada for the Acquired Brain Injury Program and let me tell you, I have seen some things that will pull at your heart strings. I was really worried when I heard about your fall, but am humbled to heard that you touched the people around you while recovering along side you. Go back and say hi when you can …I’m sure they would appreciate it very much. We have Walter Gretzky, Wayne’s father, stop by all the time. As a former patient he is able to connect with each person on another level and it really brightens their spirits.

I hope to see you again in Canada. I really loved your Cocktails show in Vaughan. Not sure if you’re a hockey fan, but if so I can get you in to visit Mr. Gretzky …the 2 of you would be a real fun time.

God bless and all the best!

Cheers …and watch you step 🙂
