Larry Miller, The Musical
Larry is absurdly amused by this week’s musical question. Which leads into a hilarious story about his days in high school musicals. The Hamper Update becomes the hamper stalemate, then motorcycle jokes, funny poems and more. Remember, it’s This Week With Larry Miller–the world’s only 50 minute long half hour show!
Quote of the week: “What an elegant bathroom we have made for ourselves.”

Greetings from Toronto!
I checked the English to Klingon online dictionary…yes, there is one… and unfortunately the esteemed reference resource claims that there is no translation for “You call that a double”
all the best,

Larry, when you started the story of the old guy on a moped, I thought THIS was where you were going with the story:

(You remember the “little Nash Rambler” song, don’t you?)

Agree with you on the Oscars Larry.
Get rid of all the jokes and music. Keep it about the movies. And allow a bit more time for acceptance speeches.

Hi, They used catalogs for toilet paper. I’m not sure if that’s true but I’ve seen many funny plaques in the out houses I’ve been in….
p.s. true story.

Great to hear Spike Milligan’s words. He was quite possibly the funniest guy on Earth for a good long while, what with The Goons Show and later his QI TV sketch show. And his autobiographical series of books – especially those featuring his experiences as an enlistee in the British Army during WW2 – are truly excellent.
