How about reading aloud page 3 of “Once Upon a Dime”? Old Time Radio, you know?. Or anything from inside the book? (It was written to be read aloud, and you’re just the guy who could make it FUN.)
Tom Mix, who was born on Jan 7,1880, had a horse named a modest “Tony the Wonder Horse.” It was said of Tom that he didn’t care for the taste of his radio sponsor’s Shredded Wheat but that Tony loved it!
